Changing the refresher frequency on a course

This guide will show the steps taken to change the refresher frequency on a course

Locate theamber coloured tab labelled Training Matrix which appears in the top navigation bar.
Hover over the label and a drop-down menu will appear.
Select eitherDepartment,Job Role or Teams.

Notice: The tab you select will depend on which one you use for your training matrix rules.

We will be usingDepartment for the demonstration
Once the page has loaded a grey table will be displayed, showing all groups currently set up for that specific tab within the platform.

Click onto the green Manage Libraries button on the right-hand side of the table.

Notice If the course title is allocated to multiple content libraries you will need to repeat these steps for the required groups.

Locate the blue colouredSearch box in the top right-hand side of the screen.
Select the the drop-down menu under the header labelled List, change the option to Allocated. Press Search.

Once this has been completed you will be viewing all courses assigned to that group as a training requirement.

Code Content Library Refresher frequency

ABWH Abrasive Wheels 12 Remove

ACCR Accident Reporting 12 Add
The courses will now show a Refresher frequency rate number, visible in the corresponding row.

Notice: The Refresher Frequency indicates how often this training course needs to be refreshed in months.

Default refreshers currently set:
12 months for Health & Safety
36 months for Food Hygiene.

To Edit this, select the current refresher frequency number which will open a new page.

On the left-hand side of the screen within the green box, you will be able to view the group name as well as the Content Library name.
On the right-hand side of the there is a drop-down menu for the refresher frequency. Click it to view the options.

Once you have chosen the required frequency for this course, please select the green Update button.
To have this change display within your Training Matrix please re-locate to theamber coloured tab at the top of the screen and select Training Matrix.

This Training Matrix was last updated on 12-March-2026 16:04, there have been changes that require you to re-process the statistics

You will now have a green tab above your search bar asking for you to Update. Click it.
You have now successfully changed a refresher frequency.
