How To Update A Job Role

This guide will show the steps to update a job role.

How to Update a Job Role

  • Locate the tab labelled Training Matrix.
  • Hover over the label and drop-down menu will appear.
  • Select Job Role.
  • Once loaded the page will display further information including a grey table with the current Job Role Names available.
  • You can find a job role by using the search feature located on the right hand side titled Search.
  • Enter the name of the job role you would like to update.

Note: You have the ability to filter the results based on the current status of the job role; active, disabled or all using the drop-down menu under the label Display.

  • Click the name of the job role under the label Job Role Name.
  • Use the green table Job Role Details to update the name of the job role.
  • Enter the desired new name in the input field.
  • Confirm the choice by clicking the Update button.
  • You have now updated the Job Role
