This guide will show the steps to update a job role.
How to Update a Job Role
- Locate the tab labelled Training Matrix.
- Hover over the label and drop-down menu will appear.
- Select Job Role.
- Once loaded the page will display further information including a grey table with the current Job Role Names available.
- You can find a job role by using the search feature located on the right hand side titled Search.
- Enter the name of the job role you would like to update.
Note: You have the ability to filter the results based on the current status of the job role; active, disabled or all using the drop-down menu under the label Display.
- Click the name of the job role under the label Job Role Name.
- Use the green table Job Role Details to update the name of the job role.
- Enter the desired new name in the input field.
- Confirm the choice by clicking the Update button.
- You have now updated the Job Role
