This Sexual Harassment Training course will help employees maintain a zero tolerance of sexual harassment at the workplace. Employees and Managers will recognise types behaviour allowing them take the appropriate action to prevent any further behaviour to continue.
All staff members have a responsibility to shut out this type of harassment from developing, either to ourselves or seeing this happening to others. This training course will empower those to take the right course of action when needed such as reporting their concerns to their managers and to offer guidance for senior staff too, on the matters of investigating claims of sexual harassment at the workplace by understanding the related legislation.

Who is this online sexual harassment training for?
This training course can be taken by all levels of employment as sexual harassment can happen at any level and in any type of industry or working sector. No prior knowledge is required to take this course.
The aim of this course is to help individuals recgonise behaviour that is seen as sexual harassment. To understand the legislation and prevent any type sexual harassment occuring at the workplace by knowing what actions to take.
Training Course Content
This course is made up of the following modules:
Recognise Sexual Harassment
Discover the differences between harassment and friendly gestures, what to do when identifying incidents and different examples of sexual harassment.
Preventing Sexual Harassment
Learn about your duties and responsibilities, how to take a proactive approach and how to lead by example.
Taking appropriate action
This section will help you recognise how to support others with harassment including reporting concerns, seniority for investigators and victimisation.
On successful completion of the course, you should be able to:
- Recognise what types of behaviours constitute sexual harassment
- Identify the key legislation relating to sexual harassment at work
- Distinguish between your own and your employer’s duties and responsibilities
- Take action to prevent sexual harassment
- Escalate your concerns through the correct channels
- Identify occasions where the situation may deteriorate further
This course should take approximately 35 minutes to complete, but ultimately this is dependent on you as the learner.
On completion of the course, you will be required to take an online assessment that will consist of 15 multiple-choice questions.
Successful candidates will have scored 75% (12) or above and will be given the option to print the certificate directly from the computer printer.
Sexual Harassment Awareness Training Certification
On successful completion of the online course assessment, you will be able to print/save your sexual harassment training certificate. In addition to this, an email is sent to the candidate containing a link to the certificate.
This is the simplest, most convenient way to achieve compliance. Also, a QR code has been added to the certificate, which can be scanned by a smartphone to establish the certificate’s validity.
