About our courses
Are your courses accredited?
Yes, all of our courses are certified by CPD (Continuing Professional Development). Additionally, many of our Health and Safety courses are approved by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) and our range of Food Hygiene & Safety courses are approved by City & Guilds. To check the accreditation of a particular course, please visit the relevant product page.
Is there a time limit on completing the course?
You will have 12 months to complete the course from the date it is registered.
You can log in and out of the learning material as much as you like once you start the course. The assessment does need to be completed in one sitting.
I don't live in the UK; can I still take the course?
Yes! Our courses can be taken from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a device with an internet connection.
I haven't received my login details
Once you have purchased your courses, the registration instructions will be sent to your email address straight away. If you have not received an email from us, please check your junk/spam folder. I'm having problems completing my course
If you are experiencing issues with your online course we highly recommend clearing your web browser's cache. Purchasing our courses
How can I purchase courses for my employees?
If you would like to purchase training for your employees, you need to add the relevant course to your basket and then update the number to how many courses you require. Once you have bought the courses you will then receive an email straight after with the course registration instructions.

Can I pay by invoice?
Yes you can! If you would like to pay by invoice then please contact our Support Team by calling 01482 861 040 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We require payment within 30 days of the date of invoice.
If I order multiple courses will I receive an discount?
Yes, our bulk discounts are automatically applied to orders containing any combination of courses. We offer the following discounts on bulk purchases:
- If you purchase 10+ courses you receive a 10% discount
- If you purchase 50+ courses you receive a 20% discount
- If you purchase 100+ courses you receive a 30% discount
- If you purchase 250+ courses you receive a 40% discount
- If you purchase 500+ courses you receive a 50% discount

What details do I need to enter to buy a course for someone else?
When you purchase the course, enter the details of the card holder. Once you have made the purchase you will receive an email with the course registration instructions that can be passed on to the person who will be taking the course.
Assessments & Certificates
If I fail the course, can I do it again?
Yes. If you don’t pass, don’t worry! You can take the assessment as many times as you need with no extra charge. Give us a call on 01482 861 040 or email us at email@example.com and we can reset your assessment.
When will I receive my certificate?
Once you have passed your assessment you will be able to download your certificate as a PDF document, which you can then save and print out.
I've lost my certificate; how can I get another?
