How to add a content library

This guide will show the steps taken to add a content library


Add content library

  • Locate theamber coloured tab labelled Training Matrix in the top navigation bar.
  • Hover over the label and a drop-down menu will appear.
  • Select eitherDepartment,Job Role orTeams.

    Notice: Tab you select depends on which one you use for your training matrix rules.


    We will be using the Department tab for this demonstration.

  • Once the page has loaded a grey table will be displayed, showing all groups currently set up for that specific tab within the platform.

  • Click onto the green Manage Libraries tab on the right-hand side of the table.

Notice: If you would like to add content libraries to multiple groups within the Department, Job Role or Teams section you will need to repeat these steps for the required groups.

  • A blue search box will now appear in the top right-hand side of the screen.
  • Type in the chosen course title within the text box underneath the name section of the search bar. Once this has been done press search.
  • You will now be able to view the required course in the grey table below.

  • Select Add button on the right hand side of the table.
  • The course has now been added onto your Content Library.
  • To have this change displayed within your Training Matrix please re-locate to theamber coloured tab at the top of the screen and select Training Matrix.
  • You will now have a green tab above your search bar asking for you to Update, click the button.

    This Training Matrix was last updated on 12-March-2026 16:04, there have been changes that require you to re-process the statistics

    1. This has now updated as a requirement for everyone in that department, job role or team.
