This course is simple, but engaging and will help every food worker understand and play their part in preventing this nasty bacteria from causing illness.
Most of us will remember the various break-outs of E.coli that have happened over the years. The outcomes for the companies involved have been losses of profit and reputation, and in some instances, imprisonment for the owners. Some companies will never recover from this kind of exposure.
