Similarly, it concentrates on grievance issues, giving knowledge on how to handle complaints or concerns from employees.
This course aims to give learners the understanding and ability to differentiate between disciplinary and grievance and how both of these can relate to issues within the workplace. It looks at the fundamental principles that need to be followed whenever a disciplinary or grievance issue has been brought to the attention of management within the workplace.
