This Bullying and Harassment course covers aspects of what constitutes bullying and harassment in the workplace. It will identify the tell-tell signs, handling complaints of bullying, and how best to deal with harassment.
The course will show how bullying in the workplace comes in many forms. From a rude colleague who may be unaware of their actions to that of the calculated and consistent pecking by a co-worker. All of which are should not be tolerated. Managers and team leaders will gain an insight into what action is appropriate when handling allegations and documenting evidence is required.

Who is this Bullying and Harassment Training course for?
This online course is ideal for those in a managerial or team leading role who is responsible for their team members well-being as well as their health and safety. It covers how to be proactive in identifying the types of bullying and harassment in the workplace.
This course aims to give those in the position of managing a team the knowledge they will need to quickly identify the various types of harmful, negative behaviours in the workplace and to follow procedures required to handle these types of allegations confidently.
Training Course Content
This course is made up of the following modules:
Introduction to Bullying & Harassment at the workplace
Introducing the topic whist emphasising the risks and costs of bullying and harassment to
employees and organisations.
Module 1 - Bullying and Harassment
This section introduces the topics relating to bullying and harassment while emphasising the risks and costs of bullying and harassment to employees and organisations.
Module 2 - Dealing with Bullying and Harassment
This section of the course covers guidance for identifying bullying and harassment,
advice for seeking support as well as a brief outline of grievance procedures.
Module 3 - Responding to Bullying and Harassment
In this final section, you’ll cover a manager’s responsibilities, handling allegations and
On successful completion of the course, you should be able to:
- Define bullying and harassment
- Identify what behaviours constitute bullying and harassment
- State what legislation underpins bullying and harassment
- Take appropriate action if you or your colleagues experience bullying or harassment at work
- Recognise the benefits of dealing with bullying and harassment promptly
- Adopt appropriate measures to reduce bullying and harassment at work
This course should take approximately 35 minutes to complete, but ultimately this is dependent on you as the learner.
On completion of the course, you will be required to take an online assessment that will consist of 15 multiple-choice questions.
Successful candidates will have scored 75% (12) or above and will be given the option to print the certificate directly from the computer printer.
Bullying and Harassment Training Certification
On successful completion of the online course assessment, you will be able to print/save your bullying and harassment training certificate. In addition to this, an email is sent to the candidate containing a link to the certificate.
This is the simplest, most convenient way to achieve compliance. Also, a QR code has been added to the certificate, which can be scanned by a smartphone to establish the certificate’s validity.
