Also referred to as a Level 3 Health and Safety training, this workplace course equips managers, supervisors and team leaders with the knowledge they need to create safer, more compliant working environments.
The online training is designed to develop a broad, practical understanding of health and safety responsibilities across any sector. Split into six comprehensive modules, it covers everything from risk assessments and incident reporting to managing occupational health and building a strong safety culture.
Learners will explore key legislation including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. They'll also gain insight into specific topics such as COSHH, working at height, first aid obligations, permit-to-work systems and mental health in the workplace.
Level 3 Health and Safety training emphasises not just compliance, but competence – helping learners understand the moral, legal and financial implications of poor safety standards, and equipping them with the tools to take real ownership of health and safety within their teams.
It positions health and safety as a core leadership responsibility, not just a legal requirement.
Given the course length and the depth of its content, this online level 3 health and safety is ideal for managers and supervisors within their organisation. It’s perfect for those who want to be a positive force in promoting a thorough, engaging, and competent health and safety culture.
A background in health and safety isn’t required, though it can be helpful. This course is suitable for anyone who wants to become an effective team leader in creating a safer and more compliant working environment.
