Course Content
This course is made up of the following modules:

An Introduction to 5s Quality Systems
This section introduces the learner to the course and how being organised and practising cleanliness can increase productivity and satisfaction.

Module 1 - Implementing 5-S Quality Systems
This section of the course concentrates on how to successfully implement the 5-S System into your workplace and the benefits that will arise from it. It also looks at how the 5-S System originated and what each S means.

Module 2 - Colour Coding and Organisation
This module looks closely at each 5 S system and how they are individually important to creating an overall successful running of a business. Colour coding and organisation are very important, and this section looks at different techniques of how to implement these disciplines within your workplace.

Module 3 - Where Can You Implement 5s Systems?
In this final section, you will cover what industries 5s Systems can be implemented to improve the organisation and function of a business. It also looks at specifically how factories can benefit from these systems and how everybody can feel appreciated via positive communication.

Assessment
On completion of the course lessons and training material an online assessment will automatically unlock. The assessment will contain 15 multiple-choice questions and a mark of 75% or above will be required to pass.
The assessment will be marked instantly and so you will know straight away if you have passed or not. If you don't pass first time there's no need to worry. Unlimited resits at absolutely no additional charge are available so you can retake the assessment again as many times as you need to.
