This course is made up of the following modules:

Module 1 - Understanding Change
This section of the course introduces you to what change management is, using a SWOT analysis to understand if organisations are ready for change, helping people deal with change and the change curve.

Module 2 - Leading Change
This section of the course covers how to lead change including a manger’s role, key points to change success and seeing change through.

Module 3 - Responding to Change
This section of the course looks at potential roadblocks to change being successful, why change can fail, the Kaizen approach to change and how employee commitment is key to change being successful.

Assessment
On completion of the course lessons and training material an online assessment will automatically unlock. The assessment will contain 10 multiple-choice questions and a mark of 75% or above will be required to pass.
The assessment will be marked instantly and so you will know straight away if you have passed or not. If you don't pass first time there's no need to worry. Unlimited resits at absolutely no additional charge are available so you can retake the assessment again as many times as you need to.
