Hi Cathy, thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments. Looking at the course content each module is very much focused on food safety and hygiene. What does happen at times is when an employee is placed on a course by their employer and their job role doesn't quite fit the content criteria. We hope you continue you're training with us.
