The aim of the voice narration needs to help the learner understand the course content and we can confidently say we meet this, but as this is a vital part of the overall experience we will pass this on to our Course development to review in the future update.

Hi Johann, thank you very much for your feedback and for letting us know your thoughts. The title for the ! symbol is health hazard but covers a range of areas in which a substance can cause damage and this will be stated on a safety data sheet depending on what is applicable. Mostly this symbol is used on substances that can cause irritation to the eyes, respiratory tract and skin as cab be seen below so was kept as irritant for ease of understanding. The content covers a general understanding of fire safety at a workplace, I'm afraid it's not workplace-specific.
