The course is valuable but with 13 modules I have had to spread my time across 10 days meaning you forget content. The way some questions are written can be misleading prompting incorrect answers

I wasn't keen on the robotic speech that mostly sounded good but occasionally was terrible. Also on the PPDS label pop out page with the Cornish pastry the Wheat strong bread flour should have Wheat highlighted in bold - only egg and mustard were highlighted. I have coeliac and it stood out as incorrect!

Hi Gordon, Thank you for your feedback. The voice-overs are provided to aid people who may have trouble reading the text on the course. We have looked into the screen on PPDS, we can see that this isnâ€™t clear although 'Wheat' is marked in bold letters, it didnâ€™t follow the rest of the screen where we had highlighted other allergens in green. This has now been updated and we thank you for raising this with us.

Train4Academy LMS is the best and I recommend them to each and everyone. The course modules are well structured, simple and clear for easy understanding. I'm looking forward to do the Level 3 Food Hygiene and safety

The automation spoken info. is painful to listen to and difficult to understand
