Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback and for completing our training course. For businesses in the UK, the best practice is that workers are up-to-date when it comes to maintaining their food hygiene knowledge, which is shown by completing the training required, as you have done. Though it is advised that individuals should renew their food hygiene certificate every 3 years, it is often at the digression of the employer for their own record-keeping if they choose to have staff members complete additional training. In regards to the refresher course, I will pass this on to our Course development to consider, we appreciate you taking the time to tell us.
