The voices are not natural. It would be much more relatable if they were. Being able to quote the the year of the health and Safety act does not make me safer in the office. The assessment should concentrate on practical steps to keep me and others safe.

very easy to understand. n.b. irradiation doesn't kill spoilage bacteria, it denatures them by changing their DNA structure.

We passed this comment to our SME who has confirmed that the information within the course is correct and found on the "Food Standards Agency" website; "Irradiation is a technique used in food production. It can be used to kill bacteria that cause food poisoning, such as salmonella, campylobacter and E. Coli. It also helps to preserve food and reduce food waste. Irradiation can be used to control invasive species by removing insects from imported shipments of food."
