Hi Harry, Thank you very much for your reply. Our courses have been designed to go at the user's pace, and if you're new to online training the average time is estimated at 2 hours. If you’re familiar with the course, and retaking it as a requirement from an employer then I can empathise with your reasoning. The content is written to best practice standards and is a requirement for this level of course. However as always feedback of this nature is passed on to our Course development to investigate further as the learning experience is vital. If you can be more specific, please do so and contact us, we are more than happy to read feedback of this nature.

We asked our Course development team to look into this, to see if we can replicate this. Looking at the times you accessed the course it seems you may have left the course running for 2 days, which is a lot longer than recommended. We look forward to be seeing you again.
