The audio did help with reading but as a dyslexic it did get a bit confusing moving from paragraphs in different areas, possible highlighting of the paragraph being read might be beneficial for people with reading difficulties. Other then that very helpful

Hi, I like the fact that the tutors talk to you all the way through the course and change voices. However, I am dyslexic and really struggle that for the exam the questions and answers are not read out. This makes it much harder for me to ensure I have read it properly and and understood the questions and answers, especially after listening for several hours. This goes for all online training courses. If this be changed it would be fantastic. Thanks Charlotte

Feels a bit outdated. Also I primarily work in the states, I feel the information should be more accurate for flights in the united states for the American crew / and customers and not just the UK and the information is from the UK but dates back to 2014, we are in 2023.
