Hi Liliane, thank you for sharing your feedback. Utilising this voice narrator allows our courses to reflect any slight change in legislation ensuring learners are trained on up to date content. Learners are provided with a report after the assessment has been completed, with a click of a button. The report will contain the areas candidates weren't as confident in to allow them to then go back over the training material to gain further knowledge prior to retaking the assessment.

Hi Janet, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. After completing your assessment you are able to view a report that details the sections you answered in/correctly. You are then able to go through the learning content again, as this will be available to use whether you pass or fail.
