This managers and supervisors package provides the essential food hygiene training for anyone in this important role.
The package has been put together to aid managers and supervisors complete the necessary courses in a streamline manner, as it's recommended to renew food hygiene certificates every 3 years. This can package can also help newly appointed managers and supervisors who have yet to complete any required food course.

Who is this Managers and Supervisors Package for?
This food hygiene package contains all the neccessary courses a manager and supervisor working in the food industry would need.
It is industry practice to renew every 3 years as to keep up with food legislation, our managers & supervisors package has been made available to make this process easier.

Managers and Supervisors Package Content
This package contains content of 9 individual food hygiene courses (Allergen Awareness, Managing Disinfection and Hygiene, Health and Safety for Food Worker, CoSHH in the Food Industry, Level 3 Managing HACCP, Level 3 Supervising Food Safety, Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate & Pest Awareness).
Duration
Each course has it's own individual duration but learners can complete our food hygiene course at their own pace.
Combined learning time: 21 - 23 hours
Assessment
The online assessment for each course consists of multiple choice questions. In order to be successful, candidates must achieve a certain pass mark to obtain the certificate. Each course within this package will have different targets according to the course criteria.
(Food Hygiene) Managers & Supervisors Package Certification
On successful completion of each assessment, the candidate will be able to print/save their food hygiene certificate. In addition to this, an email is sent to the candidate containing a link to the certificate.
This is the simplest, most convenient way to achieve compliance. Also, a QR code has been added to the certificate, which can be scanned by a smartphone to establish the certificate’s validity.

What happens after I purchase a Managers & Supervisors Package?

What level 2 food training is included in the package?
As we offer industry food safety training in catering, retail or manufacturing, you will need to select which one is required when we assign a user to the package.
What type of allergen course do I receive?
We have an allergen awareness and an awareness in manufacturing course to pick from, you can let us know which training course when assign a user to the package.
Can this package have multiple users?
This package has been designed for a supervisory or a managerial role. If you need to enrol multiple users we do offer a variety of health and safety and food hygiene training packages
How To Order and Access Your Course
Ordering Courses and Payment
Add your selected courses to the basket using the Green ‘Add to Basket’ button. Once you have added all the required courses to the basket, you can then start the checkout process and complete your purchase using a Credit or Debit Card.
Please note: For organisations ordering 10 or more units of training there is an option to pay via invoice. Contact the office on 01482 861 040 and we can process your order over the telephone.
Accessing the Training Course
Now you have completed your order we will email you a Receipt along with a second email titled ‘Online Course Registration Details’. This will contain all the information you will need to register a user on the Training Course. Emails are sent within minutes of a completed transaction so as soon as you complete your order you will receive your confirmation emails straight away.
Please note: Training Packages are setup in office hours. Training Packages purchased outside of our office hours will be setup the next working day.
Registering on the Training Course
The Online Course Registration Details will contain a Course Code and a unique Course Activation Key – these can be used to create a user account and access the Training Course. Follow the instructions to get up and running on the course.
Please note: If you have ordered more than one course you will receive multiple Course Activation Keys in the Course Registration email.
Certificate
Once you have passed the assessment your certificate will be immediately available to print and download in PDF Format. In addition to this an automated email will also be sent to your chosen email address containing a link to your certificate ensuring you always have access to a copy.
